Section 53 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, Definitive Map and Statement for the County of Herefordshire, Herefordshire Council (Addition of Restricted Byway WW14 (Part), Upgrade of Footpath WW9 (Part) and Deletion of Footpath WW9 (Part) Winforton) Modification Order 2017
On 19th June, 2017 the County of Herefordshire District Council (known as “Herefordshire Council”) confirmed the above Order without modification. The effect of the Order, as confirmed, is to modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the area as follows:
Addition of Restricted Byway WW14 Winforton - Running from the C1075 County Road at OS Grid Reference SO 2860 4859 to OS Grid Reference SO 2877 4827. Upgrade of Footpath WW9 (Part) Winforton - Running from OS Grid Reference SO 2877 4827 to the junction with the U90625 Road at OS Grid Reference SO 2929 4799. Deletion of Footpath WW9 (Part) Winforton – Running from the C1075 County Road at OS Grid Reference SO 2858 4857 to OS Grid Reference SO 2877 4827

Copies may be provided on payment of the photocopying charges of Herefordshire Council. Copies are also available on Herefordshire Council’s website at www.herefordshire.gov.uk.
