CLEE LIBERTY COMMON Parish of Clee St Margaret County of Shropshire
Severn Trent Water has applied to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for consent under section 38 of the Commons Act 2006 to carry out restricted works on Clee Liberty Common. The Planning Inspectorate will decide the application on behalf of the Secretary of State.
The proposed works are the replacement of approximately 20 metres of existing water pipeline on Clee Liberty Common, to include the digging of pits or trenches, the short term use of temporary fencing and full reinstatement. Location of the replacement pipeline is marked with a red line on the attached notice plan.
A copy of the application form and accompanying documents can be inspected at St Margaret's Church, Abdon, Craven Arms, SY7 9HZ until Sunday 11th August 2019.
