CERIDWEN VERA REES Ty'r Ardd, Parc Curig, Llangurig Much loved wife of the late Tom, mother of Maldwyn, Eric and June passed away peacefully at Bronglais Hospital, Aberystwyth on Monday 19th July 2021 aged 100 years. The Funeral Service took place on Saturday 31st July 2021 at Ebenezer Presbyterian Chapel followed by interment at Llangurig Cemetery. The family would like to thank The Rev. Monica O'Dea, assisted by The Rev. Beth Weston and The Rev. Alan Chiplin for conducting a beautiful service, the organist Mrs Alma Jerman and Mrs Claire Ward (nee St Johnston) for her reading. The four bearers, Messrs Gerald Davies, Len Grew, Terence Jones and Alfred Morgans, also Mrs Monica Raison and Mr Maldwyn Jerman for distributing the service leaflets and Messrs Colin Davies and Clifford Jones for controlling the traffic. The family would also like to express their thanks for the kindness and sympathy shown to them at this time and to all those who attended the funeral, for the many cards, letters, gifts, flowers and donations received to Ebenezer Presbyterian Chapel, Llangurig Cemetery and Colostomy UK. They are especially grateful to Messrs Ian and Marc Hughes of M.Jones & Son for all their sensitive help and organisation of the funeral.
