Charles Roger Evans The family would like to thank everyone for their kindness and messages of sympathy shown to them in their recent bereavement and for donations for the renal unit amounting to £300. Special thanks to the staff on Maldwyn ward Welshpool hospital, the doctors and district nurses in llanfyllin, to Dr Glover, Ceri Peate and Laura at the renal unit for their care and kindness shown to dad over the past 5 years, to Julie Evans (social worker) and all staff at the Woodlands for their kindness and support. Finally to Leigh Northcott-Hammond for conducting the service and to Gary Ellis (undertaker) for his kind and caring manner.
