MARGARET CERIDWEN REES of Ashdale, Brondrefach, Bwlch Y Sarnau The funeral of the late Margaret Ceridwen Rees took place on Saturday 25th May at Bwlch Y Sarnau Baptist Chapel followed by Interment in the Chapel Yard. The service was jointly conducted by the Reverends Robert Thomas and Philip Lewis. Organist was Eileen Powell, the bearers were Glyn Powell, Gwyn Rees, Geoffrey Rees, Colin Wozencraft, Jason Jones and Brian Rees. Leaflet distributers were Nigel Watkins and Rhydian Davies. Names were taken by Jonathan Evans and Rheinallt Williams. Car parking was done by Mostyn Griffiths and David Hughes. Refreshments were provided in Pant Y Dwr Village Hall afterwards. Donations amounting to £1,266 were divided between Bwlch Y Sarnau Baptist Chapel, The British Heart Foundation and Cancer Research. The family wish to thank everyone for their numerous cards, donations, visits and attendance at the funeral.
