NORRIS Victor Edward Of Howey, Llandrindod Wells. Passed away peacefully on January 1st, 2021, aged 78 years. Vic was a wonderful brother, uncle, father to seven daughters, grandad to eighteen children, great-grandad to two boys and a popular member of his local community. Due to current restrictions there will be only a simple, Private Funeral Service. Donations given in memory will be gratefully received for the Radnorshire Wildlife Trust and NSPCC.
