CHANT Patricia Kathleen Formerly of Osbourne House, East Street, Rhayader, passed away at Glaslyn Court Nursing Home, Gilwern, on Tuesday 13th October 2020 aged 90 years. Beloved Wife of the late Arthur, much loved Mum and Nan. A Private Funeral Service will take place at Aberystwyth Crematorium on Friday 23rd October 2020.
