PHILLIPS Mervyn Rees Of Upper Sarnau, Guilsfield passed away at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital on the 15th October 2020 aged 69 years. Husband of Marilyn, Father of Edward and the late David. Grandad of Sidney, the new arrival of Edward and Amy and Step-Grandad of Scarlett. Brother of Clive and the late Avril. Due the current situation a private Funeral will take place.
