HOBBS Sylvia Ann Passed away peacefully at her home in Mill Lane, Welshpool on August 31st 2020 aged 82 years. Much loved Partner of Bill, Loving Mother and Mother-in-Law to Lindsay and Bob. Due to the current situation a private family funeral will take place. Any Donations given in memory will be for The Welshpool District Nurses Fund, C/O RG Peate, Funeral Director, Welshpool Tel 01938 559256.
