Mulligan. William Joseph (Bill) Aged 89 of Penmaes, Rhayader, passed away in the Spa Residential Home, Llandrindod Wells on 4th May 2020 after a short downturn in health. A well known character in the local community, he will be sadly missed. There will be a private burial at Rhayader cemetery on the 26th May at 2pm. A memorial service will be held in Cwmdwddwr Church at a later date
