OWEN John Charles 'CHARLIE' of Maesmawr, Rhayader passed away at Hereford County Hospital on Thursday 13th December, 2018 aged 71 years. Funeral Service at St. Clement's Church, Rhayader on Friday 4th January, 2019 at 1.30pm. Followed by Interment at Rhayader Town Cemetery.
