Police have issued a missing persons appeal after a man from the Builth Wells area had not been seen since this morning (Thursday, May 9).
Stuart, 39, is believed to have left on foot.
He was last seen this morning wearing a sports top, joggers, grey sketchers trainers and a red baseball cap.
Stuart is described as about five foot eight inches tall with black hair, beard, and moustache. He is of slim build, wears glasses and has a spider web tattoo on his hand.
Dyfed-Powys Police shared a picture of Stuart as part of an appeal for help to find him.
