RADNOR Ladies ended their South Wales Women’s League Two campaign with a 3-0 win over Swansea University at Llandrindod Wells.
Goals from Rachel Ellen, Llinos Samuel and Anwen Evans ensured Radnor the spoils and runner stamped promotion to the first division.
Club spokesperson Laura Price heaped praise on the side and insisted the future was bright for the villagers with the club’s badger side currently riding high.
Radnor could still be crowned champions with season long rivals Milford Haven still with a game to play and just one point adrift in second.
The club will be promoted from the second division at the first time of asking following successive relegations over the last three seasons.
