GUILSFIELD booked their place in the final of the Central Wales Cup with a 4-1 win over Llanfair United in Berriew on Tuesday.
Jack Harris opened the scoring inside the opening five minutes before sweeping home Jake Cook’s cross to complete his brace on 30 minutes.
Chris Cathrall increased the lead early in the second-half before United reduced the arrears through Andrew Hughes just before the hour.
Guilsfield restored their three goal cushion soon after with Callum Bromley heading home a Cook cross to set up a final date against either Caersws or Builth Wells.
Guils manager Nathan Leonard said: "It was a good performance from the lads. We got the job done and can now look forward to a cup final which they deserve after all their hard work.
"Hopefully we get to play it at the best ground in the region at Latham Park in Newtown and it can be a good spectacle with a few watching."
