GUILSFIELD Reserves hit back to lift the Llansantffraid Village Cup with a 4-1 win over Four Crosses on Friday night.
Crosses forged ahead inside the opening five minutes with Jake Edwards on target at Treflan.
However Guilsfield levelled through the prolific Danny Barton just moments later before Harry Garthwaite fired Guilsfield ahead.
As Crosses tired following a gruelling end of the season the Guils settled the contest through Chris Cathrall before Garthwaite completed his brace to spark a night of celebrations.
Manager Mark Lloyd paid tribute to his players after capping his debut season at the helm with the club’s first Village Cup title.
“It’s been an absolute pleasure managing this side this season,” said Lloyd.
