Bishops Castle 95 all out lost to Church Aston 151 all out by 56 runs
BISHOPS Castle allowed Church Aston off the hook in a 56 run defeat at the Manor.
Tom Moulder (3-17) was joined by Simon Palmer (2-24), Richard Langford (2-27) and George Rayment (2-12) in restricting Church Aston to just 151 with Gurjeet Saini (61) and Praveen Korabandi (25) leading the visitors innings.
Saini (3-8) tore out the heart of Castle’s reply with support from Jon Bartlett (2-21) ensuring Castle all out for just 95 with Langford (18no) and Moulder (15) top scoring.
