LEE Jones inspired a second-half comeback as Penparcau stormed to a surprise victory over Carno at Ty Brith.
Carno had forged a 30th minute lead through Danny Pierce who latched onto Aaron Warwick’s pass to convert.
Penparcau were back on terms within minutes of the second-half turnaround with top scorer Jones scrambling home.
Jones was clipped by Carno goalkeeper Chris Brown five minutes later but the home No1 atoned by completing a stunning penalty save.
Penparcau were not to be denied and with 12 minutes remaining Wayne Gornall’s wickedly delivered right wing corner deceived a luckless Brown.
