LLANIDLOES IIs were always set to struggle at home to league leaders Tibberton IIs.
With only Nicky George amassing double figures with a determined 50 Llanidloes collapsed for a meagre 100-9.

Marcus Clayton (3-15) led the wicket haul, while Chris Naylor (2-21) and Sam Withers (2-11) also claimed wickets.

Tibberton were home and dry by the 24th over at the expense of just three wickets.

Jamie Prew struck an impressive 39 before being caught and bowled by Daniel Benbow (2-20), who also accounted for Owen Williams for just three

Alex Smith was stumped for 20 by Geraint Evans off Rhys Jones (1-21) but it was not enough to derail Tibberton.

An unbeaten fourth wicket partnership between Rob Withers (11) and Ashley Cartwright (21) saw Tibberton home in the 24th over.

Elsewhere Guilsfield’s home clash with Frankton IIIs was cancelled due to the weather.
