LLANIDLOES gave their survival hopes a shot in the arm with a comfortable 87 run victory at fellow strugglers Trysull & Seisdon.
The limelight was shared by opening batsman Adrian Foulkes and star allrounder Dylan McPhee.
Foulkes struck a superb knock of 74 to inspire Llanidloes to a challenging 158 in 44 overs.

e Foulkes before being caught for 23 by Chris Bourne off Mike Harvey.
Despite a disappointing return from the rest of the batting line-up Llanidloes continued to build up their total thanks to a dogged Foulkes.
Simon Jones - elevated to No3 - was bowled by Matt Wilder who went on to claim McPhee (8) and Rob Davies (1).
Wilder (5-38) also mopped up the tail after Brent Johns (3-33) accounted for Marc Hughes (9) and Rob Smith (10).
Johns also claimed the coveted wicket of Foulkes who was caught for 74 by Stuart Munger as Llanidloes closed on a respectable 158.
Llanidloes struck early in reply with Trysull opener Mark Gilbert caught for 10 by Rob Davies off McPhee.
McPhee went onto tear through the middle order with ease to end with 6-33 in 15 overs including four maidens.
Simon Jones (2-30) also took vital wickets for the Llanidloes cause including opener Luke Collett (34).
None of Trysull's tail end managed a run as Llanidloes eyed a crucial victory.
Munger was caught for a duck by Simon Jones off Foulkes (1-1) before skipper Rob Jones ran out last man Dan Gainham to complete an 87 run triumph.
Skipper Rob Jones said: "Adrian batted superbly and helped us post a total which we were confident of defending.
"There were good performances all over the field and Dylan McPhee underlined his class with six wickets in a great spell.
"We are not out of the woods yet but this was a crucial victory and one which we will look to build on against Wroxeter this weekend."
