BISHOPS Castle IIs were skittled for 62 as they crashed to a seven wicket defeat at home to Shifnal IVs.
Bill Naden struck an opening knock of 15 but Castle were soon sent packing for 62 as Dave Vernon (4-2) and Robbie Law (2-22) tore through the order.

Shifnal secured victory within 17 overs in reply as Charlie Newbold (13), Law (24) and Steve Stubbs (18) combined to secure a comfortable victory.

Elsewhere league leaders Welshpool IIIs were left kicking their heels after the cancellation of their match at home to Wem IIIs.
