GUILSFIELD have completed the signing of goalkeeper Dave Maguire from Huws Gray Alliance rivals Cefn Druids.
Manager Mike Barton dubbed the 19-year-old former Shrewsbury Town, Newtown and Welshpool goalkeeper as “the best in the league” and says he will rival Dave Littleford for the No1 jersey.
“Dave is a quality young goalkeeper,” said Barton. “We will wait and see if the squad settles over the next few weeks, but I am not ruling out more signings.”
