BORTH United make history at Llangefni Town on Saturday.
The MMP-NL Mid Wales League Two side have made the first round of the JD Welsh Cup for the first time in their history and make the trip to Anglesey as underdogs.
Spokesman Bryn McGilligan-Oliver said: “We are going up with a plan. We have trained well and aim to complete an upset.
“We have no pressure on us but we want to give our all and show people where this club wants to go.”
League rivals Dolgellau are also in first round action with a trip to Wrexham League side Cefn Albion at Cefn Druids’ Rock Stadium on Friday.
Spokesman Steve Parry said: “We expect a large following.
“Albion have a good home record and will be favourites but we are confident.
“It’s a big game but regardless of result our priority for the season is the league and promotion.”
Meanwhile Llandrindod Wells entertain South Wales League Two side Aberbargoed Buds.
