Nathaniel MG Cup, third round
Prestatyn Town 0 TNS 5
TNS made light work of lowly Huws Gray Alliance side Prestatyn Town to book their place in the quarter-finals of the Nathaniel MG Cup.
Manager Scott Ruscoe culled nine players from the side outclassed at Cardiff Metropolitan just three days before and the changes paid immediate dividend with Joash Nembhard heading home Chris Seargeant's third minute free-kick.
Home goalkeeper Scott Williams was deceived by Ryan Brobbel's left wing cross as Josh Hmami doubled the Saints lead on 12 minutes.
TNS put the tie to bed early in the second-half with Seargeant releasing Greg Draper to net.
Brobbel and substitute Dean Ebbe linked for Hmami to head home his second on 74 minutes and three minutes later Ebbe's shot was parried by Williams with Kurtis Byrne on hand to follow up and complete the rout.
TNS: Roberts, Marriott, Cabango, Seargeant (Redmond 75), Brobbel, Draper (Ebbe 64), Hmami, Clark, Nembhard, Byrne, Lewis. Subs: Spender, Holland, Mullan, Dutton
