MARC Griffiths has challenged his Llanrhaeadr side to build on their midweek victory when Gresford Athletic visit Llansantffraid tonight (Friday).
The villagers are keen to end a testing month on a high with Griffiths praising his charges for their last two displays.
“We asked the lads for a performance against Flint and we got that,” said Griffiths. “Flint deserved to win but we pushed them all the way.
“We had a few out for the Penrhyn game but we put in a perfect away performance and deserved the three points.
“We can now look forward to Friday. I have seen Gresford play and they are similar to ourselves in their work ethic so I am sure it will be an entertaining game.”
Dan Kelly, Connor Lee and Dale Evans return to contention while Iain Edmunds is a doubt with a finger injury.
Guilsfield manager Nathan Leonard called on his players to roll up their sleeves ahead of the visit of Holyhead Hotspur.
Leonard said: “We keep conceding soft goals which is killing us at present
“We controlled the first-half against Buckley, we were denied a stonewall penalty but should have won the game.
“We need to show some bottle now, three points is a must on Saturday and we need to start fighting as a team.”
Meanwhile Penrhyncoch hit the road with a trip to Prestatyn Town on Saturday with the Roosters ken to avenge their league cup defeat at the same venue a fortnight ago.
