LLANGEDWYN celebrated their first win of the Honda Division One season with a 3-2 win at Maesyrhandir.

Byron Edwards starred with four goals as Llanfechain maintained their bright start to the Mitsubishi Division Two season with a 6-2 win at Kerry Reserves.

Danny Hughes completed the visitors tally with Luke Mumford netting twice in reply for the Lambs.

Trefonen also celebrated a 6-1 win at Llanfyllin Town Reserves with a Chris Dyke hat-trick, Andy Garmston double and strikes from Ben Pullen and Tom Kilvert cancelling Josh Norwood’s consolation.

Mike Roberts was also a hat-trick hero as Llanrhaeadr Reserves toasted a 5-0 win over Llanwddyn with Huw France and Ryan Broadbent also netting.

Meanwhile Churchstoke Reserves claimed a 3-1 win at Llansantffraid Reserves with goals from Tom Pryce, Lewis Davies and Alex Powell cancelling Jake Addis’ reply.

Forden United made light work of Newtown Wanderers with Christian Webster netting a hat-trick in a 7-0 win to progress to the second round of the Boys and Boden Montgomeryshire League Cup.

Tom Francis, Josh Gethin, Steve Roberts and an own goal completed their tally.
