POWYS clubs were among the winners at the annual Bow Street Junior Football tournament last weekend.
Rhayader Town won the under 14s cup after overcoming the hosts in the final with Gavin Rowlands named player of the age group.
Meanwhile Berriew won the under 12s cup, beating Pwllheli in the final, while Rhys Tilsley won player of the age group.
Berriew lost to Ystwyth Sharks in the under 11s final while reaching the semi-finals in the boys under 8s and girls under 11s competitions.
Berriew’s Evan Lewis claimed the overall player of the under 8s age group.
Meanwhile Builth Wells were losing finalists in the boys under 8s.
