THE Quartix Mid and North Powys Junior Winter League has been hailed a success following the completion of its second season.
This season the league was sponsored by Quartix and added a non-competitive under 12s schedule to run alongside its under 16s and under 14s leagues.
Kerry won the under 16s league after seeing off competition from Welshpool Wanderers while Bishops Castle Town beat Welshpool Dragons to the under 14s title.
Organiser Paul Inns said: “It’s been another great success and many thanks to the clubs, coaches and players for once again supporting the league.
“Also a great thanks to our sponsors at Quartix for their support throughout this season.”
