THE Welsh national side travel to Scotland for the British Isles Women’s Indoor Bowls Council (BIWIBC) Trophy this weekend.
Paisley Bowling Club hosts the three day event, starting today (Friday).
Radnor Indoor Bowls Club’s Jess Sims is recalled into the Welsh squad and joined by clubmate Pauline Wilson who earns her first indoor cap.
Former Radnor player Emma Woodcock, now of Sully, is also in action.
Meanwhile Caroline Taylor of the Welshpool based Severn Valley club completes Mid Wales interest in the Welsh squad which takes on England, Ireland and Scotland.
