TOM Williams helped Wales to glory in the international Elche Sevens in Spain.
The 21 year old from Montgomery played a starring role in Welsh victories over the French and Russians and Ireland before beating the Irish for a second time in the final.
Williams is a former Newtown player who graduated through the North Wales regional programme and for the past three years has been part of the Ospreys squad.
