PUBLIC NOTICE - LICENSING ACT 2003 I Jean Williams do hereby give notice that I have applied to the Licensing Authority (Conwy County Borough Council) for the grant of our Premises Licence at Llanerch Road, Llanfairfechan, Conwy LL33 0EB known as Llanfairfechan Golf Club The application is to: - - Allow non members to access the club facilities. - Increase the opening hours by 1 hour in the morning (to allow for the sale of soft drinks and hot drinks). - Allow for the provision of alcohol until 24:00 – Sunday to Thursday. This will allow us to hold events without the need for a temporary events notice. Current opening hours will remain the same however and any changes need consent from the management committee. Variations to opening times will only take effect when we have functions in the club (currently averaging once per month.) Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to the Head of Licensing Services, Civic Offices, Colwyn Bay, LL29 8AR not later than 28 days after the date of this notice. Representations received after this date will not be considered. A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5,000.
