Presteigne send their congratulations to the Queen

This week we look back to June 1977, when Presteigne town council signed a scroll to congratulate H.M. the Queen on the Silver Jubilee of her Accession.
Pictured is the horse-drawn Royal Mail coach, driven by John Parker, which delivered the scroll.
