THERE has been yet another suspected UFO sighting over our skies this week.
Rebecca Evans saw an Unidentified Flying Object in the Sarnau/Arddleen area at around 3am on Friday, July 16.

On a night that has been described as very windy, but with no rain, Rebecca said: “I spotted a bright light in the night sky, brighter than a star, which kept dimming and going out completely before lighting up the room again.

This went on all night. It was quite frightening.

“It was a white light that appeared to have blue lasers coming from it, I’ve never seen anything like it before. It didn’t disappear until 5am.

“I even woke my partner up to have a look, just to know that I wasn’t going mad. He said it was a complete shock to see it.

“I do believe that there is something out there as the universe is too big just to be us. I know it wasn’t a plane because two planes crossed its path; it wasn’t moving, just hovering in the sky.”

There have been other sightings in Newtown, Richard Roberts was on his way home from the pub when he looked up from the bridge near Humpheries Garage in the town and “saw a red bar. It was around 10.30pm, there was no noise at all, it was probably the size of a bus, it wasn’t moving. The light was pulsing red and orange. As I watched it I timed it and it was there for one minute 45 seconds, then it slowly faded, but it didn’t get any smaller. I thought it was a bit weird.”

What is it with all of the UFO shit in the County Times? I know you must have a lot of pages to fill in a quiet area but this is truly dire. Have you no sense of shame? Is this how you people thought you'd be spending your lives?

The County Times may as well be the National Enquirer. Oooh, there's lights in the sky, it must be aliens... There's no other explanation! I mean, Mid Wales isn't used by the military for test flights or anything is it? Why the hell would aliens be interested in Welsh farms? Unless they, possibly correctly, think that sheep are the most intelligent things on them!
