PANTO season is yet to hit Aberdyfi, and this year's production at the Neuadd Dyfi is set to be the best yet ? oh yes it is!
The Aberdyfi Players, who have been putting on spectacular panto performances over the past 16 years, will take to the stage with Cinderella later this month.
The talented cast and behind-the-scenes crew, who range in age from nursery tots to octogenarians, all live locally, with school children given their part to play. The Aberdyfi Players' pantos receive rave reviews each year, attracting visitors from as far afield as Birmingham, and they provide fun for all the family.
Performances are at 7.30pm on Friday, January 29, Saturday, January 30, Friday, February 5, and Saturday, February 6. There will also be matinee performances at 2pm on January 30 and February 6. Doors open 45 minutes before each performance, refreshments are available, and there will also be a raffle.
Tickets, at £7, or £3 for children aged 11 and under, are available from the Wardrobe in Tywyn open 10.30am until 2.30pm Monday to Saturday, closed Wednesdays, and from the Dovey Marine in Aberdyfi, open 9am until 1pm and 2pm until 5pm, Monday to Saturday, with half-day Wednesdays.
