An eight bedroom, grade II-listed detached Georgian house named Plas Trefladwyn, located on Kerry Road in Montgomery, is on the market for the first time in over four decades.

The eighteenth-century building, which was re-modelled and enlarged in the 1830s, was home to the Lloyd family until 1924 when the brothers Wyndham and JDK Lloyd moved out.
