A man accused of harassment over a four-month period will face trial in front of a crown court judge later this year after pleading not guilty to all six charges.

Jonathan Horniblow, aged 52, denied breaching two different harassment orders between September and December 2022 when he appeared at Mold Crown Court on Friday, March 22.

Horniblow, who lives in the Llanidloes area, denies three charges of breaching a restraining order on September 9, October 14 and December 23, 2022, imposed by Caernarfon Crown Court in March that year.

The other three charges also relate to those three dates and accuse Horniblow of breaching a similar order.

His Honour Judge Rhys Rowlands fixed a trial to be heard at Mold Crown Court on Wednesday, September 11.

Horniblow, from near Llanidloes, was granted conditional bail to keep in contact with his solicitor before the trial starts later this year.
