Machynlleth’s Museum of Modern Art have announced that their annual music festival will be returning in 2023, with tickets scheduled to go on sale in January.
The Museum of Modern Arts (MOMA) announced that the 2024 Gŵyl Machynlleth Festival is scheduled to run from August 18 to August 25.
Further details are set to be announced throughout January as tickets go on sale, with music lovers encouraged to keep a close eye on MOMA’s social media pages and website for updates.

The event will follow what MOMA described as a “bumper year” in 2023, which saw a mix of Welsh and international music, exhibitions and lectures, displaying a wide variety of performances by world class musicians.
Standouts from the 2023 festival included an entire day devoted to the work of famed composer Franz Schubert, as well as the return of Welsh Male Voice Choir Côr Godre’r Aranfor an evening of rousing music under Director Eirian Owen, a late night marimba concert by Ji Hye Jung and a final treat provided by Consone String Quartet.
