A POWYS man accused of drink driving has denied the offence and will face trial later this year.
Daryl Blake Harrison, 29, pleaded not guilty to one charge of drink driving when he appeared at Landrindod Wells Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, September 13.
Harrison is accused of driving a Vauxhall Vivaro on Queens Avenue, Talgarth, which is also where he lives, on August 27, while over the drink drive limit.
Harrison will return to Llandrindod for a trial on December 6.
