A town council in Powys has confirmed that its public toilets will remain closed for the forseeable future while maintenance work is carried out.
Knighton Town Council says work is being carried out at the public toilets outside the Knighton Hotel car park, mean the loos will remain closed for the foreseeable future.
“Our sincere apologies that the Knighton Hotel car park public toilets are still closed,” said the town council on its Facebook page.
“This is due to faulty cisterns and we hope to have them repaired as soon as possible. Please bear with us as this is the start of repairing and refurbishing both of our town toilet blocks.”
If you have any questions, call the clerk on 01547 529660 or email knightontowncouncil@outlook.com.
