POLICE have reacted swiftly after three incidents of sheep worrying occurred in an area of Powys in the same week.
Dyfed Powys Police said the three incidents happened in the Newchapel area, near Llanidloes, last week, with action having already been taken.
“Three incidents of livestock worrying occurred in the Newchapel area last week,” said the force’s Rural Crime Team.
“Enquires (were made) by the team and with information from the local community a dog was identified in one of the incidents, resulting in positive action being taken with the owner.”
