DAN Lydiate will start his first game in three months when he takes the field for Ospreys this weekend.
The Ospreys host Benetton in the United Rugby Championship on Saturday with the British and Irish Lions star set to play his first game since November 2022.
The Abbeycwmhir-raised Osprey player suffered an injury to his forearm during Wales' win over Argentina on November 12.

The 34-year-old missed the rest of the Autumn Nations Series which he described as a "tough one to take".
Lydiate had an operation to place a plate inside his arm and has since been regaining his fitness.
