A ROAD traffic collision has closed a road in Radnorshire this afternoon.
Police have advised motorists to avoid the B4355 between Presteigne and Norton following the crash, which occurred just before 4pm and involved one vehicle, blocking the road in both directions.
Dyfed Powys Police tweeted at 4.15pm: “Road closed. The B4355 between Norton and Presteigne is currently closed due to a collison. Please avoid the area for the time being.”
In a statement later released by the force, a spokesperson said: "Officers are at the scene of a one-car collision on the B4355 between Norton and Presteigne following a report at shortly after 3.50pm.
"The car is on its side and blocking the carriageway. The road is closed while recovery takes place."
