Wales Air Ambulance attended a medical emergency in Newtown on Tuesday, crews have confirmed.
On Tuesday, August 9, an air ambulance made a landing outside Newtown’s Evangelical Church in Llanidloes Road to attend a medical emergency.
The crew provided critical care treatment on the scene before airlifting the patient to Telford's Princess Royal Hospital for further treatment.
A spokesperson for Wales Air Ambulance said: “I can confirm that Wales Air Ambulance attended a medical emergency in the Newtown area on August 9.
“Our crew arrived at the scene at 09:57.
“Following critical care treatment from our on-board consultant and critical care practitioner, we airlifted a patient to the Princess Royal Hospital in Telford, leaving the scene at 12:26 and arriving at the hospital at 12:45.
“Our involvement concluded at 13:59.”
