Canning returns to Carno as Bray reserve reign ends

CARNO have moved swiftly to appoint a new reserve manager following Nicky Bray's resignation.

Bray stepped down following a successful year at the helm of the Ty Brith second string with his successor having a long association with the club as a past player.

More recently Canning managed Waterloo Rovers and the now defunct Bettws.

The club celebrated a successful season with its annual awards recognising Jordan Jones as manager’s player of the season while Dan Lewis won his third players’ player accolade in as many seasons.

Craig Owen won the reserve team manager’s player award with Adam Nottingham named the reserves’ players’ player.
