A JUDGE from one of TV's biggest cookery shows is set to share her knowledge with fans in Oswestry.

Great British Bake Off judge Prue Leith will talk about her lifelong passion for food when she visits the Wynnstay Hotel at 7.30pm on Wednesday, November 28.

Prue will also talk about her first new cookery book in 25 years, entitled Prue, which features recipes from her own kitchen table.

The founder of the renowned Leith’s School of Food and Wine, Prue is also known as a caterer, restaurateur, teacher, TV cook, food journalist, novelist, and cookery book author.

She has also been a leading figure in campaigns to improve food in schools, hospitals and in the home and is well known as a judge on The Great British Menu, and now The Great British Bake Off.A spokesman for Booka Bookshop, which has organised the evening, said:
