The family of a 53-year-old man who died in a three-car collision near Hay-on-Wye have said they are "absolutely devestated".
Simon Dodd, from Trethomas near Caerphilly, was driving along the B4350 at a section known locally as Sheep House Corner, when the crash happened.
Mr Dodd died at the scene of the crash which happened at around 3.40pm on Monday, September 3.
His family have paid tribute to him saying he was a "devoted fiancé and loving Dad to his children".
"He lived life to the full and will be remembered for his larger than life personality. Simon was a huge football fan and a keen Manchester United supporter.
"The family would like to thank everyone for their kind wishes, that mean so much at this awful time and we appreciate your continued support.”
