A set of traffic lights in Newtown causing delays to motorists are set to be repaired this weekend.
Cars approaching Newtown from Kerry via Kerry Road have experienced sporadic delays at peak times due to issues with the timing of the signals, but Powys County Council says it's engineers will be out to remedy the problem on Sunday.
A statement from the council's road safety twitter account reads: "We've been made aware the the Newtown traffic lights by McDonalds and KFC are sporadically delayed on the approach from Kerry. Engineers will be on site on Sunday. Apologies for any inconvenience caused."
