NEWTOWN will look to add to Neath’s woes when the two sides clash at the Gnoll on Sunday.
The Eagles parted company with manager Terry Boyle in midweek with Kristian O’Leary appointed caretaker.
“Hopefully the changes at Neath can work in our favour and we can make the most of it,” said Robins manager Bernard McNally.
“However Neath are a top side with a professional squad and I am sure it will be a challenge.
“As long as we put in a positive display like we did at home to Llanelli last week I will be happy.
McNally insisted confidence in the camp remained high despite their season long scrap in the Welsh Premier basement.
“It will be another tough game but we set out to be positive in every match we play anad certainly believe ourselves capable of getting a result at Neath.
“We would be thrilled with three points but to come back from such a place with a point would be fantastic.”
On-loan TNS defender Jermaine Johnson completes his suspension following his dismissal at home to Aberystywth Town last month.
“I am happy with the squad, “ said McNally. “We have a tremendous team ethic and the spirit among the players is superb.”
