The body of a man recovered at Dylife, near Staylittle, Llanidloes, has been identified.
Police confirmed the body is that of a 42-year-old man from Newtown.
His body was recovered at a waterfall following a search, after a man was reported missing to police on Tuesday March 14.
Police, fire and rescue, Coastguard and Brecon Mountain Rescue were involved in the search and recovery.
Next of kin have been informed, according to police.
