TRIBUTES have been paid to a “kind” and “beautiful” woman who died following a collision with a lorry in Llanelwedd.

Kelly Jane Price, 27, from Builth Wells, was driving a blue Lupo car on the A481 at Llanelwedd on Wednesday, March 29, when a collision occurred with a lorry.

She sadly died following the collision, which occurred at around 7.50pm.

Tributes have been paid to the 27-year-old and bunches of flowers have been left at the roadside.

Among the tributes left at the roadside, Tommy G said: “To the amazing Kelly.

“I can’t believe you’re gone. You are the kindest woman anyone would ask for.

“Thank you for blessing our lives with your brilliant personality.

“I won’t forget the joys and memories you brought to us.”

On the County Times Facebook page, members of the public paid tribute, with Clare Jones commenting: “Kelly was one of the most bubbly happy people I have ever met. Always laughing, and so caring.

“The world’s a darker place without you sweetheart. Rest in peace lovely lady.”

Rory James Evans added: “RIP beautiful.

“We shared many laughs, and some good banter, for sure you will shine bright, never will you be forgotten by me, and many others.”

A statement from Dyfed Powys Police said the driver of the lorry was uninjured in the incident.

A spokesperson added: “Anyone who witnessed the collision is asked to contact police on 101.”
