CHICAGO remains sassy, dazzling and treacherous.

The most exciting and surprising part of this show was Tupele Dorgu as Velma Kelly, what a voice!

Velma is a celebrity who thinks she knows all the tricks to clear herself of her murder charge with slick lawyer Billy Flynn (Stefan Booth).

Her stage presence was energetic and dominant, her smile was contagious and the outfits were very sassy.

Tupele’s solo of I Can’t Do It Alone was one of the highlights of the night, but the song which topped them all was the Cell Block Tango.

This classic from the international award-winning musical was funny, engaging and every individual voice played by five of the dancers and Tupele was outstanding.

Tupele’s cell-block rival, double-murderess Roxie Hart played by Ali Bastian also showed off her impressive voice which filled Rhyl Pavilion.

Ali’s acting was strong and was perfect for the part of Roxie.

The Smooth talking lawyer played by Stefan Booth, was the best surprise of the night, his voice was deep and powerful, and somehow became even sexier in a tuxedo singing Razzle Dazzle.

Bernie as Mama Morton wowed the crowd with her When Your Good To Mama, bringing laughter to the pavilion.

The whole night was sexy with some sass. A show not to be missed with these singers, dancers and talented live band.
